That revelation changed everything. After years of sitting in boardrooms where events looked dazzling but left no real legacy, we knew it could be different. Our founder, Simon Lamb, saw firsthand the crushing cost of spectacle without substance. He bore witness to the frustration of leaders, the scepticism of employees and the wasted momentum. Drawing on his theatre and performance background, he knew events could be so much more. That’s why Purposeful Change exists: to create event experiences that don’t just impress, but truly transform organisations and the people within them. After decades in senior corporate roles, Simon Lamb left to build a consultancy that would put meaning back at the heart of leadership. Since 2015, we’ve grown into a global faculty of culture strategists, facilitators and behavioural experts, delivering events to bring purposeful change to our community.
