A typical design cycle could look like this…Think of it like architecture. Foundations come first in:

  • Frame & Focus collates what we have discovered together with the “wishlist”.
  • Then Design & Prototype – we shape the learning journey. You’ll see it all before Day 1 through storyboards, flow maps, and facilitator guides.
  • In Deliver & Hold we go live and insight turns into real practice.

We meet to sense your context, goals, and constraints. This involves interviews and listening to surface patterns and pinch points in your story. We may use diagnostics (e.g. Leadership Circle, Hogan, Barrett Values Framework) data that illuminates what’s important & where to focus our attention.

We'll Co-Design Your Journey

We’ll agree the brief, learning outcomes, and storyboard the journey together. Your programme design & prototype is then in motion - iterating until we have created an experience that has the possibility for real transformation and is alive in service of your purpose.

Handover, Enable & Deploy

You receive facilitator guides, participant workbooks, show flows, and digital assets that are fully yours to use, adapt, and evolve. We can also build the internal muscle, training your facilitators so the programme lives and deepens long after we have stepped away. Everything can be delivered in person, online, or through a blended approach that best serves your context & culture.
